DILLIDUR 400V Sheets and Plates feature a water-quenched, fine-grain microstructure that typically boasts an average hardness of 400 HBW in their delivery condition. Their chemical makeup generally includes up to 0.20% carbon, 1.80% manganese, 0.70% silicon, 1.50% chromium, 0.50% molybdenum, 0.80% nickel, 0.08% vanadium, 0.05% niobium, along with trace amounts of phosphorus and sulfur. On the mechanical side, these plates offer tensile strengths around 1200 MPa, yield strengths close to 800 MPa, and an elongation of about 12%, striking a balance between high hardness and good toughness for lasting wear resistance.
